Kansas Gastroenterology and Kansas Endoscopy is renovating a former restaurant building into medical offices, exam rooms and an ambulatory surgery center, according to a Wichita Business Journal report.
The existing 4,500-square-foot restaurant space will be converted into medical offices and exams room while the 18,000-square-foot addition will house the ASC on the first floor. Michael Lievens, MD, and Estephan Zayat, MD, purchased the restaurant space last year when the restaurant closed. The project is expected to be completed in August.
