Cylinder, a digital digestive health benefits provider, recently appointed Jared Scharen as its COO.
Mr. Scharen previously served as senior vice president of operations for Foodsmart, a telehealth nutrition company, according to a Sept. 4 news release shared with Becker's. His past experience also includes serving as a consultant for McKinsey's healthcare unit.
Vivante Health rebranded as Cylinder in June.
