Annadel Medical Group, a group practice in Santa Rosa, Calif., has started a new gastroenterology practice, according to a news release.
The practice will be run by gastroenterologists Joshua P. Beirne, MD, and A. Michael Lustberg, MD.
Dr. Beirne joins Annadel Medical Group after maintaining a private practice in Santa Rosa. He served as a teaching fellow in the division of gastroenterology at the Brown University Alpert School of Medicine, Rhode Island Hospital, where he also completed his fellowship. He received his MD from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.
Dr. Lustberg comes to the group after having served the Santa Rosa community in a private group practice. He completed his fellowship in gastroenterology at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore and received his MD from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in the British West Indies.
Annadel Medical Group is affiliated with St. Joseph Health. Physicians employed by the medical group provide outpatient and hospital-based services at facilities operated by St. Joseph Health throughout Sonoma County, including Petaluma Valley and Santa Rosa Memorial hospitals.
