Sinai Hospital of Baltimore said May 25 it has adopted Motus GI's Pure-Vu system, the first facility in the Lifebridge Health System to do so.
The hospital underwent an evaluation period before the use of Pure-Vu was expanded. Pure-Vu integrates with colonoscopes and gastroscopes to improve visualization during GI Procedures.
"We are eager to see how this new system’s irrigation capabilities improve visualization and may aid our clinicians as they evaluate GI issues, including potential GI bleeds, and save the time needed for additional bowel prep," John Rabine, director of gastroenterology diagnostics and chief of GI said.
