LaClaro has added a new "reminder dates" function to its flagship Lighthouse workflow automation software tool to help ASC collectors better keep an eye on aging insurance and patient claims.
Reminder dates can be added on Lighthouse's Aging Claims worksheet, making it easier for collectors to ensure that aging cases don't fall through the cracks. Once the reminder is set, the case disappears from the Aging Claims worksheet, allowing collectors to focus on their current cases. On the date of the reminder, the claim returns to the worksheet, giving collectors a daily, up-to-date list of claims that need immediate attention.
