Vail (Colo.) Valley Surgery Center is ramping up its recruitment efforts by offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus to experienced operating room staff nurses.
Here are three quick facts:
1. The full-time position's starting hourly rate is $40 an hour for experienced nurses.
2. Staff OR nurses will work alongside orthopedic surgeons and a team of surgical nurses. Many OR nurses at the surgery center can both scrub and circulate.
3. The position comes with several benefits, including a ski pass. Vail Valley Surgery Center staff members have the opportunity to work with USA Olympic Team surgeons.
