Tenet Healthcare's $200 million cost-cutting plan for this year could involve a change in headquarters, The Dallas Morning News reports.
Three key details:
1. Tenet switched its headquarters from California to Texas in 2004, purchasing space in a corporate office in Dallas five years later. More than 500 employees occupy nearly nine floors in the downtown skyscraper.
2. The company plans to consolidate its downtown operations and two other Dallas-area offices into one building, CEO Ronald Rittenmeyer and CFO Daniel Cancelmi said in February and March conference calls.
3. The company is scouting new locations in the area and hasn't yet made any decisions, a spokesperson told The Dallas Morning News.
