Here are four things to know:
1. SCA partnered with the members of Advanced Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation. The physicians of AOR founded Advanced Surgical Hospital.
2. SCA will provide management support services to the hospital's leadership team.
3. Advanced Surgical Hospital is an acute-care hospital that provides elective orthopedic and spine surgery.
4. As of June 30, SCA operated 193 surgical facilities, including ASCs and surgical hospitals.
