Wisconsin's malpractice award payout per capita is the lowest in the U.S., according to a new WalletHub ranking.
WalletHub compared the 50 states and Washington, D.C., across two dimensions: "opportunity and competition” and "medical environment." The rankings were based on analysis of 18 metrics, which were each graded on a 100-point scale.
