5 Recent Surgery Center & ASC Company Leadership Moves

Here are five recent leadership changes within the ambulatory surgery center industry.

Toni Angle, MBA, has been the administrator of Sutter Auburn (Calif.) Surgery Center for just over a year. Prior to her current position, Ms. Angle served as administrator of Sutter River City Surgery Center.

Doug Lutz is the administrator of Lafayette (La.) SurgiCare, a position he has held for about a year and a half. Previously, Mr. Lutz served as an administrator for Hospital Corporation of America.

Sarah Martin has been the vice president of clinical operations at Symbion Healthcare for about a year. Her past experience includes vice president of operations at Meridian Surgical Partners and regional director of ambulatory services at Universal Health Services.

Robert McDavitt, RN, MBA, CASC, is currently the director of west division ambulatory surgery centers for Tenet Healthcare. He has served in this role for just under a year. Prior to joining Tenet, Mr. McDavitt served as the senior vice president of Outpatient Healthcare Strategies.

Frank Moffitt, MD, has joined the medical team at Women's Health and Surgery Center in Fredericksburg, Va. Dr. Moffitt previously practice with another group in the area. He has expertise in obstetrics and gynecology.
