HPIII Milwaukee purchased Brookfield, Wis.-based Elmbrook Medical Arts Center, a medical office building, for $10.4 million, BizTimes reports.

1. The 52,700-square-foot medical office building sits on four acres of property.
2. HPIII Milwaukee is an affiliate of Hammes Co., a Milwaukee-area developer.
3. The building houses Greenfield, Wis.-based Ascension Medical Group's primary and specialty clinic as well as a surgery center.
