Unity Physician Services recently purchased Indianapolis-based PSC Surgical North Indy, according to Pete Oakes, the company's Midwest Region development and operations director.

1. The ASC is projected to open in the fall.
2. Unity Physician Services partners with providers through its ASCs and outpatient treatment centers.
3. Unity Physician Services has seven facilities in Phoenix.
