TriStar Health and CareSpot, recently joining to develop urgent care centers in Tennessee, have acquired five NeighborhoodMD locations.
The five centers are located in Hendersonville, Lebanon, Green Hills, Brentwood and Hermitage.
CareSpot is opening an additional two locations in Murfreesboro and Cool Springs.
Each center will include one procedure room.
