The C/N Group has entered into a multi-year agreement to provide consulting services to Olean (N.Y.) General Hospital in conjunction with the development of an ambulatory surgery center adjacent to the hospital campus, according to a release.
The center is expected to serve more than 6,500 patients in its first year of operation. The project consists of both a renovation of existing space as well as a significant 15,000-square-feet addition. The surgery center development is expected to cost $10.3 million.
Ravi Chopra, president and CEO of C/N Group, said, "WE are very excited to be working with Olean General Hospital on this important project. The hospital has an exceptional team committed to this effort, including administration, physicians and staff. We are focused intently on helping the hospital achieve its objectives for this project and on creating value for the patients, physicians and Olean General Hospital."
Construction of the center is expected to be complete in April 2012.
