Investment group NAI Partners sold an ASC in Marble Falls, Texas, for $7 million, Ryan McCullough, the company's senior vice president, said Oct. 13.
The 14,398-square-foot Hill Country Memorial Surgery Center is a single-tenant center that was sold to a private investor.
The ASC offers gastroenterology, orthopedics, ophthalmology and podiatry, among other services, according to the center's website.
