Surgery Partners to close $760M deal for National Surgical Healthcare & more: 5 ASC company notes

Here are five updates on ASC management companies from the past week.

Surgery Partners set Aug. 31 as the date it will close on its deal to acquire National Surgical Healthcare. Surgery Partners bought National Surgical Healthcare for nearly $760 million.

Medical Facilities Corp. announced dividends of $0.07 per share for the second quarter of fiscal year 2017.

Tenet Healthcare had nearly $1.38 billion in uncompensated care costs for the second quarter of fiscal year 2017.

For the full year 2017, Envision Healthcare expects revenues between $7.75 billion and $8 billion.

For the week of Aug. 14 to Aug. 18, Hospital Corporation of America shares traded at $77.55 per share, down 2.3 percent.
