Two buildings, including a medical office building, in St. Louis were sold to a New York developer for $20 million, the St. Louis Business Journal reported March 22.
One of the buildings, located in Sunset Hills, is anchored by a St. Louis-basd Mercy health system location and is primarily leased to medical professionals.
The portfolio was sold by Bamboo Equity Partners, who purchased the building in 2018.
