New York state ophthalmic provider group SightMD announced a partnership with Eye Specialists of Westchester in New Rochelle, N.Y.
The partnership adds one location and two providers to SightMD's existing network, bringing their total presence to 40 locations and over 100 providers.
The Eye Specialists of Westchester providers joining the SightMD network are Bradley Scharf, MD, and Aaron Cohen, MD.
"Partnering with SightMD was a natural fit, due to our shared dedication to the patient-centric quality of care and level of excellence that SightMD stands for and has demonstrated in the community. My colleagues and I could not have found a more aligned partner," Dr. Cohen said in a June 2 press release emailed to Becker's.
Dr. Scharf and Dr. Cohen will practice at their current New Rochelle office; the partnership gives those patients access to all of SightMD's locations throughout Long Island, Westchester, N.Y. and New York City, and offers more services including laser cataract surgery, LASIK laser vision correction, pediatric ophthalmology, facial cosmetic and reconstructive eye surgery, audiology, refractive surgery, glaucoma management, retinal and diabetic eye disease treatment, and advanced cataract care.
