Selling Your ASC: Prices to Expect and Terms for the Deal

Several leaders in ambulatory surgery centers will gather at the 19th Annual Ambulatory Surgery Centers Conference in Chicago to participate in a panel discussion titled "Selling Your ASC; What Price Can You Expect; What Are The Deal Terms?"

The panel will discuss several aspects of selling ambulatory surgery centers in today's market, including price points and terms of the deal. Members of the panel include:

•    Patrick Simers, Executive Vice President of Principle Valuation, a valuation firm specializing in valuations and advisory services for healthcare and senior housing industries.

The conference will take place Oct. 25-27, bringing together surgeons, physician leaders, administrators and ASC business and clinical leaders to discuss how to improve your ASC and its bottom line as well as how to manage challenging clinical, business and financial issues.
