A medical office building in San Jose, Calif., has sold for $9 million, according to an Aug. 18 report from REBusiness Online.
The two-story, 17,200-square-foot building will be occupied by LGTC Group, an outpatient mental health center.
LGTC acquired the asset from 4850 Union Avenue LLC.
