Montecito Medical purchased a building housing Hendersonville, Tenn.-based Indian Lake Surgery Center, RE Journals reported Aug. 31.
The ASC leases 100 percent of the space and focuses on orthopedic and neurological procedures. The building is 7,300 square feet and has three operating rooms.
Indian Lake Surgery Center is near TriStar Summit Medical Center in Hermitage, Tenn.
