Montecito Medical has acquired a medical office building in Greenville, N.C., the real estate company said April 6.
The 19,458 square-foot building is 100 percent leased to a gastroenterology practice, Gastroenterology East.
The building also houses an endoscopy center, 10 patient beds and three procedure rooms.
