A 70,140-square-foot medical office building in Washington Township, N.J., has sold for $14 million, according to a March 30 report from REbusinessOnline.
The two-story building is across from Philadelphia-based Jefferson Health's Jefferson Hospital Washington Township campus.
It was sold by Gordon MAB Associates to Atkins Cos., which will implement a capital improvement plan, according to the report.
