A medical office building in Livingston, N.J., has sold for $13.5 million, according to a July 1 report from roi-nj.com.
The building was sold by a New Jersey-based partnership and was acquired by a New York-based LLC.
The three-story, 4,599-square-foot medical office building is currently leased out to a variety of medical practices and offices.
