Atkins Companies has signed tenancy agreements with three medical practices at its West Orange, N.J.-based Washington Medical Arts Building, moving closer to filling its 70,000 square feet of space, according to a Nov. 29 report from NJBiz.
The new tenants include Rowan Medicine, which will occupy 18,000 square feet, Weisman Children's, which will occupy 11,000 square feet and Jefferson Health, which will occupy 5,600 square feet.
The medical office building was acquired by Atkins earlier this year in a $14 million deal, and the healthcare real estate company is currently adding 7,700 square feet of new, leasable space.
The building currently has 30,000 square feet of medical office space available, according to the report.
