Investment firm Morgan Stanley has acquired a medical office building in Menlo Park, Calif., for $68 million, according to a Jan. 10 report from The Real Deal.
The 48,397-square-foot building is home to the Menlo Medical Clinic, which houses over 50 physicians across 20 disciplines.
The sale is one of the largest recent deals in the Silicon Valley area.
