Montecito Medical acquired the property housing Baylor Scott & White Surgicare at Granbury (Texas), according to a March 22 news release.
The ASC is 14,600 square feet and has four operating rooms. Specialities at the ASC include gastroenterology, neurology, ENT, ophthalmology, orthopedics, urology, pain management and podiatry.
Since 2021, Montecito Medical has acquired 15 medical office properties in the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area.
