A Mercy Health medical office building in St. Peters, Mo., has sold for $3.8 million, according to a June 13 report from REBusiness Online.
Cincinnati-based Mercy Health currently occupies the 17,296-square-foot property and recently signed a lease extension and completed improvements on the site.
The seller was undisclosed, but the site was purchased by a West Coast-based real estate investment trust.
