Metro Health, a Wyoming, Mich.-based healthcare system, has filed a letter of intent with the Michigan Department of Community Health seeking approval to open an $11.9 million outpatient center in an 80,000-square-foot vacant medical building in Grand Rapids, Mich., according to a MiBiz report.
The center will include three operating rooms and initially take up half of the building. Metro Health anticipates the addition of two operating rooms as patient volume at the center increases.
