A Nashville, Tenn.medical office building housing Southern Endoscopy Center, a gastroenterology ASC, has sold for $8.65 million, according to The Nashville Post.
The sale price is three times what the 85-percent-leased building sold for three years ago. The 3.5-acre property also houses a joint venture primary care center.
