Medical City Frisco (Texas) broke ground on a 150,000-square-foot, $37 million medical office building and ASC project Feb. 27, Community Impact reports.

1. The facility will feature 11 operating rooms, a biplane cath lab, 53 patient rooms and office space.
2. Developers expect to complete the project by spring 2020.
3. Medical City is expanding across Texas. The health system committed to spend $1.7 billion over the next five years on capital investments.
