Liberty Park (Ala.) Breast and Body Reconstruction has received a certificate of need for the construction of an ambulatory surgery center, according to a Birmingham Business Journal report.
The plastic surgery physician group initially filed a letter of intent for a certificate of need in March.
The project is expected to cost $300,000.
