A medical center anchored by a United Surgical Partners International-backed ASC was sold to an unnamed buyer, the JLL Healthcare Capital Markets Group announced.
Three highlights:
1. JLL sold the 56,190-square-foot Thunderbird Wellness Centre in Peoria, Ariz., where Addison, Texas-based USPI's Metro Surgery Center has rented 20,383 square feet through May 2025.
2. The building is fully occupied by 13 tenants specializing in orthopedics, anesthesia, pediatrics, family medicine and more. There are also retail services on-site.
3. Thunderbird Wellness Centre is less than 5 miles from the Banner Boswell Medical Center in Sun City, Ariz.; Banner Thunderbird Medical Center in Glendale, Ariz.; and Tenet's Abrazo Arrowhead Hospital in Glendale.
