A medical office building in Clive, Iowa, was purchased for $1.6 million, Business Record reported May 18.
The 7,476-square-foot building was sold to Fitzsimmons Holdings.
Heartland Dermatology and Cancer Center are located in the building. The property is valued at $1.2 million and the transaction was recorded May 9.
