A medical office building in Bloomington, Ill., was sold to GAHC4 Bloomington II MOB, a real estate investment company, The Pantagraph reports.
What you should know:
1. The building houses SurgiCenter, Advocate BroMenn Comfort & Care Suites, and physician offices.
2. Despite the change in ownership, the tenants and its operations will remain the same.
3. GAHC4 purchased the building for $18.2 million from SEP Bloomington MOB.
4. SurgiCenter was founded in 1991 and has operated continuously since then.
