This month, Hawthorn Surgery Center, an affiliate of Surgical Care Affiliates, moved to a new ambulatory surgery center location, according to a Lake County News-Sun report.
Hawthorn Surgery Center, previously located in Libertyville, Ill., moved to the new 15,200-square-foot location in Vernon Hills, Ill., after a seven-month construction period.
The new location has three surgical suites, one procedure room and 14 recovery areas.
