The West Palm Medical Plaza medical office building in West Palm Beach, Fla., has sold for $8.3 million, according to a Jan. 3 report from REBusiness Online.
The property is within walking distance from HCA Florida JFK North Hospital and was fully leased at the time of sale.
The building was purchased by real estate investment company OrbVest.
