St. Cloud (Fla.) Regional Medical Center is building a 50,000-square-foot medical office building adjacent to its hospital, the Orlando Business Journal reports.
What you should know:
1. The building will house physician offices for St. Cloud Medical Group.
2. The building will also feature ancillary services, a retail space, outpatient services and private physician offices.
3. Catalyst Healthcare Real Estate is developing the project.
