Flagship Healthcare Trust purchased several buildings from Lexington (Ky.) Clinic including Lexington Clinic Ambulatory Surgery Center.

1. Flagship acquired 144,247 square feet in the purchase.
2. Flagship acquired four medical office buildings: Lexington Clinic East, Lexington Clinic Veterans Park, Lexington Clinic Beaumont and Jessamine Medical Center in Nicholasville, Ky.
3. Lexington Clinic has long term leases on all the properties.
4.
