Anesthesiologist Nosrat Khajavi, DO, has opened the Elite Surgical Center in Fremont, Calif.
The multispecialty surgery center offers orthopedic, gastroenterology, pain management, podiatry, gynecology and bariatric surgery services. The center is open Monday through Saturday.
