CPI Medical Fund purchased a 25,408-square-foot medical office building in Durham, N.C. housing Duke University Health System's outpatient clinic, internal medicine facility and onsite laboratory, Commercial Property Executive reports.

1. CPI acquired the medical office building and an additional 17,000 square feet of land.
2. Durham-based Duke University Health System's lease expires December 2028.
3. This is Duke's only outpatient clinic in their network, besides facilities on the main campus.
