A new medical office building at Raritan Bay Medical Center in Old Bridge, N.J., has begun construction and will include a surgery center, according to a report in My Central Jersey.
The ambulatory surgery center is a joint venture between Raritan Bay Medical Center and a group of 25 surgeons on the medical staff, according to the report. The new building will also include a five-room inpatient operating suite and physician practice offices.
The building is expected to be complete by the fall of next year and cost $45 million.
