A medical office building near Bridgeport Hospital Milford (Conn.) Campus has sold for nearly $1 million, according to a Sept. 5 report from Hartford Business.
The two-story, 4,100-square-foot building has multiple medical tenants and a residential unit. The building was purchased by 140Clark LLP from seller Wallbanger Enterprises LLC.
