Revelstoke Capital Partners subsidiary CEI Vision Partners entered into partnerships with Retina Physicians and Surgeons and Dayton Eye Associates, the Bristol Herald Courier reports. Both are based in Dayton, Ohio.
Here's what you should know:
1. Dayton Eye Associates has 12 ophthalmologists and optometrists on staff. It has three Dayton-area locations.
2. Retina Physicians and Surgeons has five ophthalmologists on staff. It has one location in Dayton and one in Troy, Ohio.
3. CEI Vision Partners CEO Clyde Bell said, "The addition of DEA and RPS enable CVP to further integrate medical and surgical eye care services in the Greater Cincinnati and Dayton markets."
