A medical office building in Upland, Calif., has sold for $8.8 million, according to an Oct. 13 report from REBusiness Online.
The three-story, 47,850-square-foot building has easy highway access to the Los Angeles and Orange County areas, according to the report.
The building was sold by Harbor Associates to a local medical user.
