A building housing the Riverview, Fla.-based Bay Area Physicians Surgery Center and medical office has been listed for $7,810,000.
HCA recently acquired 51 percent ownership in the ASC. The surgery center was built in 2007 and is 1,475 square feet. The medical office is 7,233 square feet.
The ASC has 40 physicians on staff who specialize in gastroenterology, podiatry and general surgery.
