Fleming Island, Fla.-based Baptist Clay Medical Center will open its surgery center in Fleming Island Dec. 4, News4Jax reports.

1. The Surgery Center at Baptist Clay features two operating suites,private patient rooms and a procedural suite.
2. The center is 17,000 square feet.
3. The multispecialty center will offer orthopedic, gastroenterology and urology services, among others.
