Stillwater, Minn.-based Associated Eye Care's physician owners partnered with Castling Partners to launch Associated Eye Care Partners, a management services organization, according to AEC Co-chair and CEO Daniel Zismer, PhD.
Three insights:
1. AECP is focused on developing, managing, advising and investing in independent practices, community health systems and academic health centers that provide eye care services.
2. The MSO's mission is "advancing eye care through sound business practice."
3. Associated Eye Care has provided adult and pediatric eye care services in Minnesota and Wisconsin for nearly 50 years. Castling Partners is a privately held advisory and asset development firm.
