A medical office building in Chandler, Ariz., has sold for $7.3 million, according to a June 15 report from KTAR News.
The two-story, 22,500-square-foot facility is located near Chandler Regional Medical Center and was originally constructed in 2001.
The facility was sold by an unnamed entity to Cleveland-based Provider Real Estate Partners, according to the report.
