AmSurg has announced its preliminary financial results for the third quarter of 2015.

1. AmSurg expects its third quarter revenues to be $650.2 million compared to $502.4 million for the third quarter of 2014.
2. The company's net earnings from continuing operations is projected to be $40.4 million, up from a $12.1 million net loss in the prior year period.
3. AmSurg's ambulatory service same-center revenue growth is anticipated to be 6.6 percent.
4. Physician services same-contract growth for the quarter is expected to grow 10.1 percent.
5. The company projects its adjusted EBITDA will be $133.2 million, up from $95.9 million in the third quarter of 2014.
